Októberfest is fast approaching, and we at the Student Council want to let you know that access to the university buildings and the gravel parking lot by Vatnsmýrin will change during the festival.

Students and festival guests will not have access to the buildings of the University of Iceland after 8:00 PM for the duration of the festival, from Thursday, September 10, to Saturday, September 12. Student cards with additional access will therefore not work after 8:00 PM these three days.

The gravel parking lot by Vatnsmýrin will also be closed from 17:00 on Friday, September 4 (this Friday), until the end of Tuesday, September 15.
