The Student Council of the University of Iceland (SHÍ) wishes to draw attention to the weekly open office hours held by the International Officer, the Student Interest Representative, the Student Loan Representative, and  Labor- and rights representative during the autumn semester. Students are welcome to drop by the office to discuss advocacy issues and other matters related to university life with the relevant representatives.

Office hours for the autumn semester 2026

Student Loan Representative: Mondays 13:30–14:30 and Wednesdays 12:00–13:00

Student Interest Representative: Wednesdays 10:00–11:30 and Thursdays 11:40–13:10

International Officer: Mondays 15:00–17:00 and Tuesdays 13:00–15:00

Labor- and Rights Representative: Thursdays 13:30-17:00

Office opening hours

The SHÍ office is open to the public on all weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Students are also welcome to get in touch by emailing shi@hi.is or calling 570 0850 during office hours.
